HLI - 0044 Warehouse Supervisor - Ontario, CA

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in our Ontario, California distribution center and be responsible for the cost effective utilization of human, material and equipment resources required to conduct safe and efficient day-to-day operations of a high performance distribution facility.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Maintenance of established headcount levels for assigned areas of responsibility

* Providing training and cross-training to employees

* Monitoring employee performance and providing guidance on productivity, performance and safety issues within the facility

* Establishing work schedules and assignments for employees

Qualified candidates will possess the following, minimum experience, education and knowledge:

* A minimum of 8 years of experience in a high volume Distribution Center environment, to include at least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

* An Associate degree or equivalent work experience is required, with a BA/BS preferred.

* Expertise in Distribution Center safety requirements, best practices and training is needed.

* Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems is required, with SAP experience desired.
