Human Resources Supervisor


Under the direction of the HR Manager and Location Manager, the Human Resources Coach oversees all payroll and benefit administration; manages recruitment, employee records, worker's compensation and safety records; and conducts on-going training.

Requirements for this position include: excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills; the ability to multi-task; the ability to work flexible hours as required; and 2-3 years human relations experience. Two years supervisory experience is preferred; bilingual is preferred. A Four-year College Degree or equivalent experience is also preferred.
