INVENTORY CONTROL SUPERVISOR

Herbalife International of America, Inc., a billion-dollar global manufacturer and distributor of wellness products that produces life-changing results for people and their families, is seeking a Inventory Control Coordinator.  The position is located at our Carson distribution location.

The  Inventory Control Supervisor will direct, supervise and coordinate all cycle count activities within LADC. Responsible for assuring warehouse operation procedures are followed in order to maintain accuracy of the inventory within the warehouse. Supervise the daily pickline Replenishment activities to ensure product is available for Distributor shipments. Provide the established reporting documents and statistics to the department manager and others as required. Provide a working environment conducive to employee performance growth and seek to resolve any employee issues as they arise. 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum three to five years experience in all aspects of warehouse operations including Inventory Control, Shipping, Receiving, Assembly and Order Fulfillment. Prior supervisory experience with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills a must. Experience with Inventory Management Systems. Knowledge and experience with Oracle 11i a major plus. Excellent spreadsheet skills (i.e., MS Excel, MS Access) with ability to format clear and concise reports from raw data. Prior experience with Radio Frequency Bar Coding systems a plus. Certified forklift operator a plus. Excellent mathematic, analytical, and problem solving skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and utilize own initiative to achieve positive results. Committed to customer satisfaction and project resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English a must. Bi-lingual a plus and ability to function as an effective team member and work well in a moderately stressful environment.
