IT Senior Manager - Production Support and Implementation - Memphis

 As our IT Senior Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for managing a team of 2-4 people who manage IT teams responsible for production support and implementation activities. You'll be responsible for initiatives in the planning stage through to the implantation phases using proven project management methodologies. You'll contribute throughout the design phases, reviewing and signing off on the functional and technical design documents. You'll also manage a Production support team that provides 24x7 support to our Distribution Operations within the US, primarily located in Memphis, TN.  You'll utilize your extensive experience managing multiple WMS applications used in supply chain execution. This opportunity also involves acting as the primary escalation point for project and production support issues. In addition, you'll have managerial responsibilities for coaching and managing people on a daily basis, setting goals and objectives, as well as for providing regular feedback and performance reviews. 



Requirements for the position include:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
8 years' experience in relevant IT positions
2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
3 years' experience in a leadership role directly managing managers and professional-level staff, including coaching, mentoring, work planning, delegation, staff development and performance evaluation
Knowledge of RPG and AS/400 operational experience
Ability to manage in a 24x7 on-call production environment across multiple operations and sites 
Knowledge of SAP, EGAE, MQ, supply chain, Visual Basic, BRIO, Oracle and Kronos Workforce Central
