Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, Inc. (www.pcfcorp.com), a nationally recognized leader in print media circulation, has an immediate need for a recruiting specialist to support independent carrier staffing functions within our NYC Regional Distribution Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source, screen and identify Independent Carrier candidatesDevelop community based recruitment plans to source IC candidatesDevelop relationships with community groups, departments of labor, unemployment offices to ensure strong applicant flowPlan and coordinate job fairs and community events to enhance sourcing effortsCoordinate meeting for IC applicant and Distribution Center Manager/staffTrack interview, contracting results and turnover to determine success of efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to identify successful sourcing opportunitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to develop ongoing relationships with community groupsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillAssociate's Degree in HR or related field1-2 years recruitment / HR experience
