The Entry Level Sales Rep. position requires a highly self motivated individual to spearhead transportation sales and logistics for KSI Corp.  KSI Corp is an accomplished Customs Broker and Logistics provider for many of Silicon Valleys giants.  We are searching for a college grad in Marketing or Logistics with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Maintaining the day to day sales support for our export freight forwarding business will be the primary focus initially. With continued success of our freight forwarding business, so will additional opportunities for financial gain.  This is a full time position with full benefits.  All needed training will be provided by KSI Corp.

 

This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Global Logistics.  Weekly Sales Meetings will be conducted; the Sales Rep will be required to participate and contribute.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Operational Procedures Development ?  Maintain existing freight forwarding lane consolidations for Export, Import & Domestic.



Domestic and Overseas Communication (service providers and customers) - Respond to and initiate requests for information, quotes, routing, etc, in regards to logistic services.  The Sales Rep. will assume all daily communication with KSI?s global network, Globalink.  Inside sales support will be provided by the Logistics Manager.

 

Customer Service Skills ? Clear and effective verbal and written communication, together with interpersonal skills is essential.
