JOB SUMMARY: 

Under general supervision, the Inventory Control Analyst will perform a variety of duties including physical inventories, auditing, research, analysis, reporting and cycle counting with a goal of maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the inventory records throughout one or more Yankee Candle facility. Duties require strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong mathematical aptitude, understanding of basic computer operations and good written and oral communication skills.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

? Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, Charts, MSADDIN (Lawson) etc.) a plus.

? Working knowledge of MS Word and Access a plus.

? Previous knowledge of inventory tracking software including Lawson, PkMS, Oracle, RF, Ecometry, ROES and Crystal a plus.

? Certified operation of material handling equipment a plus.

? Working knowledge of GroupWise (e-mail) a plus.

? Flexibility and availability for overtime and or alternate shifts.

? A high degree if confidentiality in viewing, analyzing and reporting on Company records
