Is seeking Hospital Inventory Specialist to properly package each product using clean boxes proper type and amount of refrigerant. Inspects all units per Standard Opeations Procedures (SOP). Know the proper storage and shipping temperature for all products. Inspect stored blood, removes outdated units. Maintaines clean work area and storage applicances. Arranges blood according to group and type and expirationd date.Accurately completes all paperwork including shipping invoices, returns, transfers and trip sheets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of department's standard operating procedureKnowledge of organization's products and servicesValid California Driver's license with good driver record
