Logistics Coordinator / Quality Control / CSR Position
Areas of responsibility:
? Dispatch
o Dispatch Carriers and drivers to shippers and receivers
? Load Tracking and tracing
o Tracking and Tracing the loads presently scheduled for pickups and deliveries. This includes truck driver communications to ensure pickup transactions are defiantly made.
? Load building and posting
o Building loads in the system for order placement and the specific truck designation.
? Rate confirmations
? Customer Service
o Assist in daily office functions including answering phones, leading to vendor as well as carrier follow up regarding incoming ?truck load? requests.
o Maintaining communication with our customers and generating business by emailing customer 2X daily with updates truck availability.
? Liason with billing and Administration for both JNJ and corporate
o Administrative responsibilities
o OS&D responsibilies
o Load tracking in Orbit
? Carrier / Customer contact for equipment / load information
o Maintaining the ?Equipment Availability Form?
o Maintaining the ?Load Availability Form?
