Logistics, Shipping and Inventory Manager

Large and growing Non-profit organization with active inhouse Publishing Department seeks an individual who will be responsible for inventory control, inter-company product distribution & domestic/international shipment coordination. Ideal candidate will be self-starter with initiative and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
* Domestic / International Shipping Coordination (Import/Export to & from the US). Making sure we comply with all customs needs etc.
* Oversee all US Domestic Kabbalah Centre Warehouses
* Oversee cycle counting programs
* Work closely with production department to distribute all merchandise to Kabbalah Stores (US & International)
* Ensure compliance with established procedure and maintain effective control over the physical product flow and accounting of inventory receiving, shipping, and other inventory areas.
* Develop new ways to monitor quality & recommend changes to current processes to improve inventory accuracy and accountability.
* Coordinate and monitor Kabbalah Centre Stores orders to avoid over-stocking.
* Closely monitoring & reporting on inventory flow through the Kabbalah Centre Branches in the US & International.
* Work with Corporate Supply Chain to minimize freight expense.
* Support production department with shipment & transportation needs.


Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a BA/BS or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 5 years management experience in Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse/Inventory operations.

Must possess excellent record keeping skills, demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, demonstrated ability to achieve performance results and drive continuous improvement, demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of associates, possess excellent computer skills and written and verbal communication skills.
