Mailroom Clerk Technician *

Understands and responds to internal customers needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department?s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and customers.
Performs the following functions for Bally?s Atlantic City and Caesars Atlantic City; Sets up and prepares equipment for various types of mail processing functions. Accepts data, files and mailing information, lays out and transfers via PC to mail piece. Operates various types of mail processing equipment. Performs routine maintenance and orders parts and supplies for mailroom when required. Maintains an adequate inventory of parts and supplies when required. Picks up incoming mail and drops off outgoing mail at local post office via auto when required. Acts as courier between departments located at in the main complex or satellite offices when required. Maintains a log of daily mailing projects. Sorts and prepares incoming mail for delivery as needed. Prepares outgoing mail and packages for processing by postal service or other couriers. Answer inquiries and provides mail services for hotel guests and conventions as needed.


High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate preferable. Valid New Jersey Driver?s License Required
