Maintenance & Repair Supervisor
Maersk Equipment Services Co. (MESC), part of the global A.P. Moller ? Maersk Group, is seeking a self-motivated M & R Supervisor for our facility in Tacoma, WA.
Overseeing all aspects of container, reefer, genset & chassis repair, you will monitor & control repair costs and out-of-service equipment levels, and ensure that repair & inspection standards are met. You?ll also approve estimates prior to repair, ensure that all documentation is complete (including paperwork for third-party billing/damage recovery), assist in vendor selection, and conduct post-repair audits.
To qualify, you must have a minimum of a HS diploma (or equivalent), experience in equipment maintenance or terminal operations, and proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates must be highly organized and have strong interpersonal & communication skills. At least 3 years of transportation industry background is preferred.
