Candidate will be trained in operations, dispatch, customer service and sales. Requirements: Successful candidates must have a four-year degree in business or a related field. Successful candidates should also be able to manage multiple tasks in a busy fast-paced environment. Job Description: Training is 'hands on' and conducted in a casual office environment. Employees enjoy a Monday - Friday 8-5 work week with no weekends or holidays. Management Trainees are trained in dispatch and operations, customer service, rate determination, state and federal traffic regulations, safety programs, and driver relations.
