The Management Trainee Program is intended to be a vehicle for recruiting and integrating talent from outside of the organization into our Management team. With that objective in mind, candidates for the program should already have formal training and skill development opportunities. The focus will be teaching the individual the detail that is needed for an individual to be a successful leader in our organization.

Upon successful completion of the training program, the individual will assume an entry-level leadership role. This assignment may require relocation to another operating location. Ideal candidates would include: recent college graduates and individuals with entry-level supervision experience with another organization.

Qualifications required include:
4 year degree
Excellent communication skills
Must be willing to relocate within a geographic region
Self Starters
Willing to learn
Be able to lift 30lbs.
