Manager, Driver Recruiting - Eastern Region

Job Description:

 

Successful candidate for Manager of Driver Recruiting, Eastern Region will work under the guidance of the V.P. of Driver Recruiting. This person is responsible for recruiting activities, all aspects of the hiring process, workflow processes and weekly driver orientation.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

 

5 years progressively responsible driver recruiting experience with 3-5 years of management/leadership experience.

 

In-depth, technical knowledge of driver recruiting.

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and internet applications. Knowledge of databases.

 

Knowledge of DOT regulations and current employee hiring laws.

 

Understanding of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

 

Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal, leadership and organization skills.

 

Commercial Driver?s License a plus
