MANAGER STC (Mail Sorting Center)

Direct all activities at the mail sorting center to ensure timely, accurate and efficient control of the operation to maintain United States Postal Service commitments; responsible to control costs by adhering to budgets and goals established by the contract; perform all management functions including personnel selection, training, discipline, performance reviews, facility maintenance, safety and security; generate and maintain postal reports and operational documentation as required; knowledge of haz-mat protocols; perform other duties as assigned.
Must have HSD/GED; 4 years supervisory experience OR BA/BS degree and 2 years supervisory experience OR 4 years ABX sort experience and 2 years supervisory experience; working knowledge of Focus/PC; ability to operate forklift; excellent organization, communication, planning and interpersonal skills; ability to lift objects weighing various amounts up to 35 lbs.; ability to work in adverse/outdoor weather conditions.
Salary: $48,300 - $65,050 - $81,800 / Annually (Paid Bi-Weekly)
