Associate provides instruction and supervision to the team responsible for order filling, loading and/or unloading of merchandise. Ensures error free, damage free disciplines of all warehousing operations per MDO ISO procedures. Maintains high standards of all warehousing processes including associate productivity and professionalism in the area of responsibility assigned, which is subject to change as business requirements dictate

Qualifications
Assigns work activities and instruct associates in proper equipment operation, maintenance procedures and housekeeping requirements.
Monitor group work activities, assist in resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity and take necessary action to correct substandard associate performance.
Monitor the set-up of equipment such as banding equipment, motorized and non-motorized pallet jacks, lift trucks, pickers, etc. Oversees preventative maintenance inspection process.
Maintain quality of inbound and outbound merchandise and load integrity by visual inspection, as well as utilizing DOS and other related home delivery systems.
Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies required to perform jobs within area of responsibility.
Responsible for inventory, monitoring and performing bin reconciliation.
Associate development, training/cross training/re-enforcement training to ensure a well diversified work force.
Implement new systems/technology, as it becomes available.
Perform other related duties, which may be assigned by management personnel.
Approve/monitor schedules to ensure sufficient coverage/payroll plan is maintained.
Assist Team Leader in associate reviews.
Maintain acceptable level of attendance based on company attendance policy.
