I. Position Overview:

Support and lead the market launch and growth of the Cardinal Inventory Manager solution for retail pharmacy market segment with regional responsibilities. Position includes product planning, selling process, field support, rollout implementation, promotional communications (presentations, demonstrations, and collateral), sales tools (ROI justification, frequent communications), and channel support (key sales calls, tradeshows, and general sales support).

II. Specific Duties, Activities, and Responsibilities:

"Manage customer account activity in designated regions and national account customers
"Support product sales and implementation efforts of a retail Rx inventory solution
"Administer, promote, and manage an implementation plan with release phases and specific customer, field, and corporate responsibilities
"Collaborate with Sales, IT, and customers to ensure positive experience and results
Adhere to product positioning strategy
"Present cost justification analysis to customers and field personnel
"Establish, schedules, guidelines, and procedures to efficiently implement a large number of customer accounts
"Manage the roll-out plan with periodic checkpoints of progress
"Support sales channel by identifying the key steps of the sales and implementation cycle.
"Implement a roll-out plan and checklists to ensure that all departments and all deliverables are on schedule
"Collect enhancement feedback from the field and customer level of specific problems to be solved for the market
"Develop training curriculum & materials and conduct training seminars
"Manage and help solve customer open items & requests
"Distribute regular updates to keep the field sales team informed on product progress
"Develop and manage relationships with internal and external customers

III. Position Requirements:

Education or Equivalent:
"Bachelors Degree in Business (preferred).
"Experience launching a new product or service.
