 Description

GENCO has an immediate opening for an Office / HR Manager for our 1.3 million sq. ft. distribution facility located in McDonough, Georgia. This facility will be operated by approximately 100 teammates.
The position is responsible for:Reinforcing positive teammate relations; supporting corporate employee relations initiativesProviding leadership, training, motivation and supervision of Office TeamCoordinating recruitment/training/orienting of the Warehouse employeesDaily interaction with warehouse employees to insure open line of communication is maintained and to assist Operations Team in addressing issues, needs, and /or concerns as they ariseConducting investigations with regard to harassment or other violations of GENCO policy and proceduresSupervising Payroll, A/P and other internal office processesEnrolling and administering benefits programs; researching/answering employee inquiriesBecoming knowledgeable with responsibilities of all clerical/administrative positionsAdministering salary programs/increasesProcessing and maintaining all State and Federal required regulatory reportsMaintaining highly confidential informationProviding clerical/administrative support for Facility ManagementOther duties as assigned


 Required Skills


The successful candidate will have:Bachelor?s Degree and three (3) years of Human Resources Experience preferredMinimum 2 years of experience applying knowledge of local, state and federal labor/employment laws and regulations regarding employment decisions such as hiring, discipline, termination, workers compensation, leave administration, benefits and compensationAbility to work independentlyPrevious payroll and accounting experience is a plusStrong administrative skillsStrong PC skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, and ExcelExcellent interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple functions
