Office Supervisor

Position Description:Execute duties identified by DC Manager as high priority including ability to back up all clerical functions and coordinate with all DC management.Assess daily workload requirements for clerical support function, prioritize and delegate work assignments to clerical staff, follow up on task performance.Hiring, training & development and performance management including corrective action of distribution clerical staffFacilitate new hire orientation, process new hire paperwork, maintain employee files and process employee status changes.Assist with resolving employee issues on a daily basis including benefits, workers compensation, payroll discrepancies & policies & procedures.Generating, maintaining, analyzing management reports.  First line resolution of customer service issues.

 

 

Qualifications/Skills:

?  High School Diploma.

?  Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. 

?  Ability to create, maintain and edit Excel Spreadsheets.

?  Strong Communication Skills and the ability to communicate on a professional level with all customers.

?  Experience with Lotus Notes Email.
