Offline Faciliator

The Off-line Facilitator will maintain the off-line divert of merchandise requiring non standard attachments, such as customer supplied cards and merchandise specific attachments. Utilize wireless handheld device to determine next destination, order requirements, while maintaining the workflow in the area.

The responsibility of an off-line facilitator is to maintain the off-line divert of merchandise requiring non standard attachments, such as customer supplied cards and merchandise specific attachments. Utilize the offline gift card printing machine as required.

Required Skills:
The candidate must have a High School Diploma and / or GED and have experience on Cathode Ray Terminal and Radio Frequency devices. Intermediate PC skills are required and a successful candidate will be detailed orientated and well organized. The ability to work overtime during the holiday season, flex into other areas to meet business needs and be able to lift 35lbs and push/pull 250 lbs is required.
