IFCO SYSTEMS is currently interviewing for an On-Site Supervisor in Bakersfield, CA. This position provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure operating efficiency and the highest level of customer service.  This position is tasked with leading a crew of employees at a customer location.  If you?ve ever wanted the opportunity to learn a successful business from the ground up, this is your chance!

 

Responsibilities Include:

 Coaching of employees that models the values and culture of the companyEffective communication with customers and employees  Ensure that all key processes ? production, safety, and servicing ? are understood by employeesCoordinate inbound / outbound flow of productInputting data daily / driver interactionsPerform end-of-the-month procedures

 

Qualifications:

 Proven track record of success and stability (1 to 3 years)Demonstrated solid decision making Ability to provide new ideas ?think outside the box?Works well unsupervisedExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsResults oriented and can meet commitmentsWord and Excel proficiencyBi-lingual / financials a plusFour-year college degree preferredMust be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
