JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse/ distribution operations supervision. Specific responsibilities include supervision of hourly employees; monitoring compliance with corporate and department goals; providing guidance, direction, and technical advice to employees; overseeing workflow; training and developing employees; educating employees on safety awareness; resolving operational and staffing issues; analyzing and developing process improvement plans; and performing other similar duties to support the warehouse and distribution activities within Logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS
A BS degree or equivalent experience required. BS degree in Management, Operations or related field strongly preferred.
?1+ years supervisory/management experience with increasing responsibility required. Additionally, previous warehouse experience, including an understanding of Logistics and/or distribution opportunities and challenges within a retail organization strongly preferred.
?Experience working within an automated warehouse/distribution environment also preferred.
?Strong leadership/management skills including the ability to balance efficient and productive operations.
?The energy, enthusiasm, time and dedication to take on a fast-paced, demanding, ever-changing and highly rewarding challenge.
