Operations Manager - Charlotte

The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees. We have a challenging opportunity for an Armored/ATM Operations Manager. The successful candidate will have general responsibility for the secure, safe and efficient functioning of an armored car operation. In this position you will lead a dedicated staff and you will have some P&L responsibility for the branch. This position also requires extensive coordination with other on-site operations and you will have significant contact with our customers.



Specific Job Duties:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment with the goal of ensuring that all employees work and return home safely

- Hiring, scheduling, training and developing staff

- Creating a cooperative team atmosphere of employee engagement

- Ensuring route efficiency through appropriate interaction with branch personnel and route analysis

- Maintaining and providing quality customer service and good communications with the customer base

- Leveraging systems, equipment and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency

- Securing inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures

- Other duties as required



Skills/Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability in:

- Maintaining a safe and secure workplace

- Managing people and staffing a branch/facility

- Promoting good customer relations; customer focus

- Promoting process improvement

- Performing scheduling and routing analysis

- Managing profitability

- Must be willing to work in an armed environment and able to qualify for a firearms permit
