National waste and recycling services company needs Operations Route Managers. 
This is a fantastic career opportunity to work for a Fortune 500 company!

 *Route Manager experience in the transportation industry is REQUIRED*

Job duties will include, but are not limited to: 
Supervision of drivers to ensure that job performance is maintained, maximizing productivity efficiencies, safety, and training.  Requires excellent coaching abilities and people skills. Will deal directly with drivers and customers.  Typical work week is approximately 50-60 hours per week.

? Minimum of two years experience as a Manager/Supervisor in the Transportation Industry.
? Ability to work well with employees and customers.
? Ability to write reports and make mathematical calculations.
? Ability to read and understand policies and procedures.
? Attention to detail a must.
