Scope of Work:

 



Process open-slot media and containers by filing media in/out of slots and cycling containers to/from shelving/racks.

Complete and maintain all records and forms with respect to receiving and/or releasing customer data which includes the filing of vault paperwork.

Utilize OPIS for inputting and tracking of all media/container processing.

Answer incoming client phone calls and contact clients via telephone.

Unload route vehicles as required (unless employee is performing both unloading and library duties as part of the normal schedule).

Other duties, as specified by manager/supervisor.

 

 Education:  High School diploma or equivalent

 

Skills:  Strong communication skills.

Attention to detail.

   Strong customer service skills.

 

Prior Work

Experience: Minimum 1 year prior experience in the service / warehouse industry or minimum 1 year experience in records management industry
