Will assist the Team Leader in directing the primary activities of the National Loaner Team. These responsibilities will include: receiving and picking/packing/shipping Loaner kits.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Will direct and guide the activities of the Loaner Team members and manage daily work flow and resource allocation.Will be heavily involved in all aspects of vendor management and negotiation.Will ensure process improvement initiatives are implemented consistently and effectively.Will have heavy interaction with internal and external customers, requiring excellent customer service skills.The Loaner Team Operations Specialist will be involved with scheduling, receiving, inspecting, kit cleaning, replenishing and shipping Loaner kits.The Loaner Team Operations Specialist will also be involved with quality auditing, cycle counting, and inventory utilization.Other projects, transactions (EDI) and duties as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be willing and able to work Second Shift hours (11:30am-8:30pm)Must possess an understanding of supply chain management and logistics in a complex distribution environment.Familiarity with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) is strongly preferred.Must have excellent communication, PC, organizational and customer service skills.Must have proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Visio is preferred.Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems is preferred.Must demonstrate ability to work independently and interdependently.Must be able and willing to work in a team environment.Proven leadership skills and experience is preferred.Must have effective analytical skills with demonstrated success in problem solving.Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as business, logistics or engineering.
