Over The Road Truck Driver

Drotzmann Inc is hiring qualified, professional drivers to transport general commodities (fresh/frozen produce and dry freight) throughout 48 states and Canada. To accomplish this we have long haul routes, California routes, intrastate routes, and Canadian routes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid CDL class A license.

A clean motor vehicle record.

At least one year experience as a CDL/A driver.

A current medical card.

The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and road test.

A good employment history.

 

BENEFITS:

Long haul starting pay 32 cents per mile (negotiable depending on experience and length of employment with previous companies).

California routes 35 cents per mile.

Local & Canadian routes start at 32 cents per mile.

Paid by PC miles.

Mileage and longevity bonuses.

$500 sign-on bonus and recruiting bonus.

We have a fleet of 34 late model Peterbilt and Volvo trucks and 53 ft refrigerated trailers with air ride suspensions. Virtually all equipment maintenance is conducted in our shop. As a result, our equipment safety rating is better than the national average. Our tractors are equipped with satellite radios and Qualcom communication systems.
