Job Description:

 

The Parts Manager will be ultimately responsible for leading our parts department and providing great service to our customers.  Run a organized and profitable parts department by customer retention, and productive staffing.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Set goals and objectives for the department. Monitors, hires, and trains all of the department?s staff. Monitors the department?s performance through reports and tracking systems.  Creates teamwork and unity within the department and with all other departments.
