Pick-up Team Leader/Mobile Supervisor - San Bernardino

Goodwill Southern California - San Bernardino Campus currently has an open position for a Pick up Team Leader/Mobile Supervisor position. 1-2 years experience.

Essential Functions involve, supervising assigned clients with disabilities and checking their safety in all working conditions while picking up materials at various customer locations. Team Leader and members are responsible to replace and clean bins, consoles and bags after making a pick up and/or swap of donations.

 

Prime candidate will adhere to highest possible security standards as set forth in the NAID AAA certification. Keep and report daily attendance of clients, maintain and record accurate pick-up list per location. Increase pick-up productivity and efficiency to highest possible output. Provide excellent customer service; attending to all customer needs, complaints and suggestions.

 

Prime candidate must report any issues and/or problems to Recycling operations manager. Able to communicate effectively with managers and co-workers. Bilingual a plus. Able to drive a forklift and truck. Push, pull, lift and carry up to 40lbs. Computer literate. Valid California Drivers License and Insurance is required, with no more than 2 points on your driving record. Physical with Drug Screen and DMV check?s conducted by Goodwill Southern California.
