Production Planning and Slotting

Experience: The qualified candidate will possess a High School degree and BS degree preferred. They will have years of experience in a distribution production environment. In addition, a portion of this experience will include production planning and slotting in a high volume DC. The qualified candidate must also have strong analytical skills as this position will see different challenges in management and supervision.

Description:
The responsibilities of this person will be to manage active and reserve stock for a 1M Sq Ft automated distribution center. They will be responsible for monthly slotting assignments and ensuring proper wave planning to meet production goals. In addition, the manager hired will be responsible to communicating with vendors and customers alike. Finally, this person will be responsible for ensuring production scheduling is meeting scheduled daily objectives.
