Position Description: Purchasing Clerk One of our clients is currently seeking a motivated individual to assist the corporate Purchasing Manager in the timely ordering of imported good.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Timely processing of purchase order requisitions

Timely system entry of purchase orders

Price and delivery comparison analysis

Tracking of incoming orders

Assisting in physical inventories and cycle counts as needed

Position Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Highly detail-oriented

Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel

A.A. degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
