RMA Clerk Duties
Process receipts, returns and customer exchanges
RMA procedures
Research of customer information to ensure exchange or return transactions are accurate
Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
Data entry of customer information relating to exchange or return in Excel spreadsheet
GEMS experience a plus
Forklift certification and driving experience required
Willingness to work overtime and weekends

 

Minimum Requirements
HS/GED
Forklift Certification & driving experience
Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge
Willingness to work overtime and weekends
