Excellent opportunity for a new graduate to start their career off in management. As a Service Manager for FedEx Home Delivery you will be responsible for managing the efficient sorting, delivering, and handling of packages within prescribed time frames. Your direction and leadership of a group of Package Handlers will ensure proper handling of packages and result in continuous excellent customer service. In addition, you will be responsible for providing communication and feedback to direct reports and upper management. You will be responsible for training, safety, retention and meeting productivity/service goals. Must be able to manage in a "hands-on" physical work environment.

Prior leadership/operations management experience (transportation or distribution preferred.) Excellent leadership and communication skills a must. BA/BS required.

Home Delivery operates and works Tues-Sat. Early Morning hours.
