Recruiter/Trainer

Matheson Postal Services, Inc one of the largest U.S.P.S. contractors has an immediate opening for a Recruiter/Trainer for our Denver operation.  The ideal candidate will have:

 

- Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office & other applications.

- Must be able to multi-task & be flexible in a fast paced environment.

- Extensive knowledge of DOT regulations.

- 4-5 years of transportation supervisory experience.

- Class A Commercial Drivers license.

- Ability to develop and publish training curriculum.

- Design, write, edit, and maintain training materials and job aids.

- Technical writing and stand-up classroom experience preferred.

- Experience with evaluating & hiring new employees.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively.

 

Must be a self-starter with excellent people skills, the ability to plan, organize, communicate and interface with drivers and all levels of management effectively.
