Regional Transportation Dedicated Fleet Manager - Midwest

DCT Logistics, a National Logistics organization has an immediate opening for a Transportation Dedicated Fleet Manager based in Ohio for their dedicated fleet operations located in the Midwestern US. This newly created position will be responsible for managing all aspects of client relations, effectively resolving client problems, coordinating expansion as well as having direct authority over the individual location fleet managers. This position will require travel to various locations but less than 5% overnight travel. Qualified candidates must have 7 to 10 years of direct fleet management experience and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in third party transportation preferred. Proven ability to enhance operational effectiveness of the various fleets is critical. Previous experience with a TMS preferred. Candidates should possess a four year college degree. DCT offers a competitive salary and a full benefit package including medical, dental, matching 401 K and a generous management bonus plan.
