Nestle Waters North America, owner of premium bottled spring water branded Poland Spring and Deer Park Water, has opportunities for people with exceptional delivery, sales, customer service and teamwork abilities to work as ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVES in the New Jersey - Philadelphia Zone.  We currently have openings in our Moonachie and Somerset NJ locations.

A NWNA Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for creating customer loyalty by providing consistent bottled water delivery, outstanding customer service, and offering additional products.  Essential Work Activities: Performance of physical tasks and use of CDL Class B vehicles (Do not require a CDL license for application purposes), for bottled water delivery to multiple, scheduled customers within a defined area; selling and leveraging relationships (for activities like selling products or services, routinely contacting customers for confirming deliveries, or presenting ideas and issues to co-workers, and leaders).

Success Criteria:  In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, successful RSR?s have demonstrated: firm commitment to personal values; a strong work ethic; desired prior sales and delivery experience; good organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and a sincere willingness and desire to learn continuously.  Ability to lift and carry products weighing approximately 50 lbs, 200 times per day; valid driver?s license, with no DUI convictions; being 21 years of age or older, and employment is contingent on successfully completing a background and drug screen.
