Route Supervisor

Mail Dispatch is one of the largest and fastest growing courier/delivery companies in Southern California with over 150 employees and three offices. We currently have a full-time opening in our San Diego Corporate facility for a PM Route Supervisor position. This position will be responsible for supervising, training, orientating, and auditing a group of routes and couriers, and will be responsible for working closely with the Route and Operations Manager in managing the overall service and financial performance of these routes. This is an intermediate supervisory level position that will ultimately open avenues for advancement into management positions for those who demonstrate the drive, leadership, and initiative to advance.

 

Job Requirements: 4 Year College Degree or supervisory/dispatch experience in the transportation industry, Basic PC skills and fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel, general knowledge of the San Diego County area, ability to multi-task, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
