A leading provider of insourcing solutions for distribution and manufacturing based companies, is currently looking for SUPERVISORS and LEADS in the Lawerncville, Pendergrassarea in a large warehouse.
DISTRIBUTION AND MANUFACTURING PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Trains, directs and manages workforce to achieve customer goals.
. Ensures appropriate orientation process and pre-training is developed and completed for each associate.
supervises workforce, addressing problems or concerns of associates. Coaching, training and counseling, along with corrective action and terminations. 90+ percent on-the-floor, hands-on position. Very little administrative functions.
Performance Management:Demonstrated success leading and motivating teams Ability to develop and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization Proven project management skills Experience with warehouse management systems Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them o to others
