Shipping Lead

Looking for dependable Shipping Lead. Duties and responsibilities include-

* Control Work Flow and assign duties to shipping associates. Provide instruction, guidance and follow-up on their daily work assignments. Will continue on a periodic basis to perform all required duties within assigned area to ensure standards are still maintained.
* Must be willing and flexible to get the job done. If overtime is required to accomplish the goals, must be able to commit to the hours.
* Have ability/ willingness to operate all warehouse equipment including forklifts and Man-up trucks.
* Observe and promote established safety procedures.

Qualification-
*High School Diploma
*Experienced in warehouse functions
*Demonstrate leadership skills.
