?The primary role of the Site Performance Resource is to manage the optimization of the WMS tool within the warehouse environment to enhance productivity and minimize costs. This position is responsible for the asset management of WMS equipment and providing support for upgrades to the system. ?Day to day WMS support is provided by this position. ?This position will also be a touch point resource for the Transportation Management System (TMS) and function as a change agent as we transition to the SAP enterprise platform. ?The position will expand to be the primary contact for warehouse performance analysis and enhancement.

Primary Accountabilities:
?Provide local expertise in resolving daily WMS issues.
?Responsible for tracking and maintaining all WMS equipment and troubleshooting hardware issues.
?Support the use of the WMS Yard Management tool.
?Work effectively with respect to WMS in managing relationships with all contracted third parties to meet service targets.
?Direct Warehouse Management System (WMS) efficiency, setup, standardization, upgrades and training efforts.
?Maintenance of WMS server.
?Develop and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
?Support other regional projects through the StarfleeTPM process.
?Monitor seasonal warehouse ABC analysis.
?Manage WMS installations in leveling warehouses.
?Provide resource assistance within the transportation management system (TMS): troubleshooting and resolving any interface issues
?Support the team during the implementation of SAP and function as a system expert within distribution thereafter.

?Three to five years of experience in logistics or related supply chain functions
?As part of a high performance work team, this individual will be expected to actively pursue core skills to progress through the resource competencies model
?Demonstrate understanding of supply chain systems and ability to troubleshoot and enhance these systems
?Computer literacy in word processing, spread sheets, graphics, along with the aptitude to extract information from all internal systems
?Must work and participate effectively in a team environment with diverse personalities
?Timely and effective verbal and written communications.
?Highly self-motivated and self-managed, with excellent prioritization and organizational skill.
?Must possess strong analytical skills including problem resolution / analysis.
?Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally, to all levels of management.
?Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
