CXI TRUCKING - 2225 West North Avenue - Melrose Park, Illinois (708-344-8789) is a local LTL and Truckload Carrier serving the greater Chicago area.

We are currently seeking an experienced Dock Supervisor for the second shift (Starting time will be 3:30 - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).

This position reports to the Operations Manager and requires an experienced, hands-on manager (some forklift work may be required), with good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment, supervising a spotter and five dock workers and co-ordinating transition to the third shift supervisor. The ideal candidate will also have spotting experience.

We offer a competitive wage and benefit package (starting salary approx $50,000), with paid holidays, paid vacation, paid life insurance plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield Health plan (choice of PPO or HMO), optional dental plan, and 401k plan.
