Technical Specialist - Outsourcing

HK Systems, North America's leading supply chain solutions and automated material handling systems provider, is currently seeking a Technical Specialist in our Outsourcing Department in Salt Lake City, UT.


This role requires a self-starter who has exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills, as you will be responsible for performing diverse clerical, statistical or semi-technical duties for the Outsourcing Department Manager, including preparing and analyzing reports and monitoring work functionalities. You will also produce and provide PowerPoint presentations, in addition to deliver direction, training and assistance to peers or temporary employees, if needed.

To qualify, you must be a high school graduate who possesses at least two years of practical experience in a related capacity, and display broad knowledge of PC- and MS Office software applications. Additional experience in parts purchasing and automated equipment, including maintenance functions and techniques is highly preferred.
