Terminal Manager

Terminal Manager

Hermann Transportation is seeking an experienced individual for Terminal Management of its Houston, TX facility. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Truck Load industry. Job duties will include: Direction & control of all personnel and assets; driver retention, leading others to improve performance; Exceptional Customer Service skills and Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus. Must be self-motivated, detail orientated, organized leader and computer literate. Bachelor's Degree required.
