Mid-Valley Delivery Service was founded in Salem, Oregon in 1977. Mid-Valley Delivery delivers parcel freight along the I-5 corridor from Vancouver, Washington to Roseburg, Oregon, the Oregon Coast from Coos Bay to Astoria, Central Oregon and the Columbia Gorge. We have six terminals in Oregon.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage 10+ drivers in the Portland Metropolitan area
o Compiling reports on drivers, deliveries, vehicles, and day to day operations
o Maintaining quality control in the Portland Metropolitan area
- Customer Service/Sales Representative/Quality Assurance representative for the Portland Metropolitan area
- Ability to train delivery routes as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have previous managerial experience
- Must have experience in the transportation industry
- Must possess a COMPREHENSIVE knowledge of the Portland Metropolitan area
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
