Traffic Clerk

SUMMARY

Assist the Marlborough Traffic Department in all aspects of clerical duties in a professional manner. The qualified candidate must have strong initiative and be able to organize, prioritize and follow through on everyday tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Input AS400 data dailyExtensive phone work with both internal and external customers; as well as with freight carriers and brokersCopying, faxing and filing dailyExperience in working with both Microsoft Excel and WordLearn to work with P.C. Miler and other transportation related programsOther duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
