We need experienced individuals to fill the role of Trailer Mechanics at our terminal in Kansas City, MO.
Qualified candidates must have 3 years solid Maintenance experience in the LTL transportation industry. This position will be responsible for diagnoses and performs preventative maintenance and necessary repairs on converter dollies; modifies existing equipment as needed and fabricates items upon request; diagnoses and repairs electrical, air and brake systems; installs or repairs hydraulic liftgates and related systems; repairs structural components of trailers and performs road calls. Candidates must possess or be able to obtain a Class A CDL license and pass DOT physical, furnish tools as needed to perform job and have the following technical skills: welding, electrical, mechanical and structural.
Only qualified applicants with a proven track record and Maintenance experience will be considered.
