Currently, the Fresno Plant (Fresno, CA) has an opening for a Jobber. 

 

Position Summary

 

Work on a scheduled, fill in or on-call basis, as the need demands, to replace staff or relieve overtime in various manufacturing positions.  Due to the current need, the job duties will primarily include staging and loading transport trucks and moving the transport trucks around our facility. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

*  Stage fresh bread and baked goods, accurately per the order

*  Load and unload product

*  Keep an accurate count of all product

*  Give breaks to Loading Dock personnel as needed

*  Perform other duties as required

*  Work overtime as required

*  Follow all Company Policies

*  Perform other manufacturing positions per seniority as the need demands

 

Requirements

 

*  High School Diploma or Equiv.

*  6 months previous work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment (food industry a plus)

*  Valid Class 'A' Driver's License (CDL)

*  Excellent driving record  (must be provided upon request)

*  DOT medical card or the ability to pass a DOT physical

*  The ability to work varied shifts (day, swing, night)

*  The ability to work variable work hours per week.  Hours may fluctuate from part-time to full-time.

*  Able to do heavy physical work, including lifting, pushing and pulling

*  Able to do basic math calculations quickly and accurately

*  Able to pass a drug screen and background check
