Transportation Account Manager

CPC Logistics, Inc. is seeking to find?a Transportation Account Manager for a private fleet operation in Florence, S.C.????



Principle duties will include:?

- Working closely to maintain excellent relationship between CPC and our client

- Supervising private fleet tractor trailer drivers

-?Overseeing the scheduling of routes

- Ensure fleet is being efficient and profitable

- Assist in hiring and training of new drivers

- Working with vendors

-?Participation to develop improvements in processes and strategy of?transportation department.

Requirements:?

-? Must have full knowledge of FMCSR to ensure safe operation of fleet

-? Must be able to play an active role in growth of transportation department as it?bids on new lanes and new opportunities.

-? Must be detail oriented, people person, with sound conflict resolution skills and the ability to be a positive team leader.

-? Basic computer skills a must, Outlook, Excel, etc.?
