This salaried position is responsible for supervision and support of transportation teammates, coordination of daily operations ensuring company standards, maintenance of Trucks Routing system, maintenance of daily dispatch sheet, budgeting, DOT compliance, and cost reduction initiatives.

 

Our ideal candidate for Operations Manager will have the following:

 3-5 years experience transportation operations experience, preferably with multi-climate equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsContinuous improvement mentalityExcellent customer service attitude toward customers and Delivery Drivers including a record of consistent follow upFlexibility to work second/third shift and weekendsA bachelor?s degree in a related field is preferred.
